Sycor.Rental achieves highest level of Microsoft certification

The ERP industry solution Sycor.Rental has received the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) certificate. This means that the solution developed by Sycor demonstrates high standards of quality and technology, not to mention international deployability and proven customer satisfaction.

(Goettingen, Germany) Less than a year after receiving Microsoft's first level of certification, Sycor.Rental, the fully integrated ERP industry solution for rental, sales and service of mobile capital goods based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, has achieved the highest level of certification: Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD). "Thanks to the CfMD certificate, we can show that Sycor.Rental is a documented and tested international industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software," says Frank Jakobi, who is in charge of Microsoft Dynamics AX in Sycor's management team.

Microsoft will only certify the solutions of Microsoft Gold Certified Partners. Aside from software know-how, these partners can also demonstrate their industry expertise and project experience. The solution to be certified must be based on the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics, meet the highest standards of technology and quality and be suitable for international use. The tough requirements also include proving that the company offers quality-assured, high-performance IT support for the solution. "Based on clearly defined processes, we offer multilingual 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support with personal points of contact," explains Frank Jakobi.

Microsoft requires a certain number of references from customers to ensure that only internationally established industry solutions are certified. "The recommendations submitted by satisfied customers prove that we win over our clients with true industry-specific functionality," continues Frank Jakobi. At the moment, Sycor.Rental is running in more than 30 countries worldwide and is used in systems with 20 to 750 concurrent users.
