Michael Ibach has managed Sycor Asia since it was founded in 2001 and is responsible for:

Personal details:

Michael Ibach was born on 18 January 1963 in Kippenheim, Germany. After completing his high school examinations, he studied forestry at Goettingen and Freiburg (Germany) and went on to work for a consulting company in West Africa. In 1993 he moved to Indonesia, where he worked for a research institute. During this period he also acquired a degree in industrial engineering and management from the Sueddeutsche Hochschule für Berufstaetige. From 1998, he managed the IT consulting company d.d Synergy Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore (a company with German roots).

In 2001, Ibach moved to Sycor and set up the Sycor Asia location in Singapore. In 2005, he set up Sycor China in Shanghai (China) and in 2008, Sycor Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Both are subsidiaries of Sycor Asia.
