Personal details:

Ruediger Krumes was born on 6 March 1964 in Goettingen. After leaving school, he studied mathematics with physics at Georg August University, Goettingen.

After completing his intermediate diploma, Krumes decided to improve his practical knowledge by training in industrial IT at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Goettingen. He then worked first as a contractor at the Max Planck Institute and then later in the Research & Development department at Sartorius AG.

From 1992 onwards, Ruediger Krumes was jointly responsible for setting up the IT department for the Otto Bock Group, the worldwide market leader in technical orthopedics based in Duderstadt, Germany. He has been a manager at Sycor since it was founded in 1998.
